The terms, in plain English

Your price depends on your church's annual income, taken from your published accounts. Three bands, plus a quoted price for networks and multi-site churches.

We check your band when you join and again at renewal — never in between. If your income grows mid-year, your price doesn't change until your next renewal, and we'll tell you at least a month before it does. We won't ask you for backdated money.

All prices include VAT.

Take 90 days. If Youthible isn't working for your church, email us and we'll refund you in full.

No form to fill in, no reason needed, and you get all of it back — not a portion. This covers your first year with us.

If you've published sessions to the community library in that time, they stay there. Other churches will have started building on them, and we don't want their planning to break because someone else left.

Your sessions stay yours. When you publish something to the community library, you keep the copyright. We just get permission to host it and share it with other subscribing churches, with your church credited.

That permission is permanent. If you leave Youthible, sessions you've already published stay in the library — otherwise every church that had built a term around one of your sessions would lose it overnight. You can pull a session out of public view whenever you like, and you can ask us to remove one from the library entirely, though we can't promise to in every case.

Only upload what's yours. Don't upload material from another publisher's resource — including one you subscribe to. If someone tells us their content has ended up on Youthible, we'll take it down while we look into it.

Use them. Print them, adapt them, rewrite them, hand them to your volunteers, take them to a residential or a schools club. That's what the library is for.

The one thing you can't do is sell them on or republish them elsewhere, adapted or not.

If you leave, anything you've already downloaded is still yours to use. You just lose access to the platform.

Nothing you haven't agreed to.

Your sessions are visible to other subscribing churches by default and to nobody else. You can choose, session by session, to show a public preview — that's the title, aim, scripture references, age range, timings and section headings, credited to your church. Never the teaching content, the questions, the games or the printables.

It's off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time.

The student app is free. There is nothing to buy inside it, no advertising, and no promotional content — not now and not later.

You decide which young people get access. Their data is yours, not ours; we only handle it on your instructions, and there's a data processing agreement covering that.

Youthible is a teaching tool. It isn't a safeguarding system and shouldn't be used as one — your own safeguarding policy still governs everything you do.
